This site. Flask and HTMX on a 1 GB droplet — nginx, systemd, Postgres, and a hand-written stylesheet, deployed on git push.
I work on a Windows stack all day: IIS, SQL Server, .NET. This site is on purpose the opposite — Flask on a plain Ubuntu droplet, nginx and systemd, Postgres, TLS from Let's Encrypt, and a deploy that's just git push. I wanted to keep my hands in that world.
It's deliberately small. Projects are rows in a database I edit directly; blog posts are Markdown files in the repo with front matter, rendered at request time. HTMX handles the tag filter without a line of my own JavaScript. The one indulgence is the stylesheet — about 600 lines, hand-written, after I pulled out the CSS framework I'd started with and decided I wanted the site to look like something rather than like a default.
If I rebuilt it I'd put the projects in flat files too, so the whole site is diffable in one place and there's no "did I run the migration" step on deploy.
